• About John Lowry Spartan Capital

    John Lowry is the President and Founder of Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. Since founding the firm in 2007, Lowry has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. During the most turbulent market in the history of the economy, he has led the company's growth and stability for the past 15 years. His exceptional leadership skills, long-term perspective, and ability to overcome short-term obstacles have ensured Spartan Capital's long-term success.

     

    Before founding Spartan Capital Securities, LLC, Mr. Lowry held several leadership positions in the securities industry during his 25-year career. He developed his expertise through executive leadership positions in investment banking and strategic business development. These positions established him as a formidable and innovative leader with over two decades of experience in public and private finance transactions and more than $100 billion in capital raised in aggregate.

     

    IPOs, up lists, follow-on offerings, registered direct offerings, CMPOs, at-the-market offerings, PIPEs, traditional private placements (including pre-IPO and pre-up list bridge offerings), debt offerings, IPOs of SPACs, equity line transactions, and cross-border securities offerings were included. In addition, he advised public and private companies and facilitated M&A transactions (including reverse mergers).

     

    Through Mr. John Lowry's commitment to philanthropy, he and his wife, Cynthia, founded the Little John Foundation, which was founded on the belief that all children deserve support during any medical, emotional, or financial crisis.

     

    Through the Little John Foundation, they collaborate with organizations that share these values, such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC), and Save a Child's Heart (SACH), as well as organizations that Mr. Lowry actively supports, such as the American Heart Association, Wounded Warrior Project, and American Cancer Society.

     

    Mr. Lowry lives in New York City with his wife and three children, with whom he spends most of his leisure time.
